The Apartment The fully furnished second floor one bedroom apartment includes a separate entrance from a private deck, double bed with a down comforter, full kitchen, shower, and a sitting room with hide-a-bed and desk.

Amenities

Every household convenience for the visitor is supplied. On-sight laundry facilities are available upon request for a slight fee.

Rental Information

There is a very special price of $57 per night for an individual staying over a week at a time, or $89 per single night including housekeeping, utilities, cable television, and local phone service. There is an additional $7 per night per extra person.

Location 2

The second property is a fully furnished second floor apartment on Wilber, a quiet street in Victorian Village. It is within walking distance of Goodale Park, The Short North with its many galleries, shops, wonderful restaurants, and the North Market with great food and fresh flowers. A grocery store is located at Buttles and Neil Avenues. The fitness center is located at First and Harrison.

The Living Room is comfortably furnished with a desk, TV and southern exposure that allows the sun to stream in the windows.

The Bed Room

The bedroom has an antique double bed, a chest of drawers and a balcony overlooking a private courtyard. Every household convenience for the visitor is supplied, including linens, dishes, cookware, and an iron and ironing board.

The Area

In the nearby downtown area, there is live theater, the Columbus Museum of Art, the Center of Science and Industry, the Nationwide Sports Arena and The City Center Shopping Mall. Connections to all the major freeways are easily accessible immediately east of the Convention Center.
